If, like me, you're confused about the Israeli attacks on Lebanon and aren't satisfied with the Australian mainstream media's coverage of the situation, have a look at the first-hand blogs from citizens and experts in the Middle-East.

It took about a week before I heard/saw a mainstream news bulletin that actually explained why Israel were killing Lebanese citizens. The commercial news organisations seemed all too eager to just report the body count and tell us how many Aussies were affected.

It's basic journalism - the 5 Ws and the H, most important of which is the word `WHY`.
